How billing works
Every new account starts on a 30-day free trial of paid features. Choose a plan from your account on the StockMitra web app; payment is collected securely online. The Android app shows your plan but does not take payments. Plans are billed monthly or annually and renew automatically until cancelled.

Is StockMitra free?
Yes. The Free plan has no time limit: up to 2,000 items, 150 bills a month, 1 user on 1 device, with GST billing, khata, daybook, WhatsApp sharing and UPI QR. Bills on the Free plan carry a small StockMitra watermark.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
The trial unlocks most paid features, including purchase-bill OCR, staff roles and advanced reports. When it ends you move to the Free plan automatically unless you choose a paid plan. Nothing is charged without your consent.
Which plan is right for my shop?
Starter suits one shop run by the owner. Pro is for shops with staff, up to 5 team members, and adds purchase-bill scanning and advanced reports. Business is for owners with up to 5 branches or warehouses who need per-branch access and an audit log.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. Upgrade or switch between monthly and yearly from the Plans screen of the StockMitra web app (stockmitra-app.risorra.com), signed in with the same account you use on your phone. The yearly price charges 9 months and gives 3 months free.
