Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to paid subscriptions of StockMitra, operated by Risorra Labs (sole proprietorship). Last updated: 14 June 2026.

Digital subscriptions

StockMitra is a software-as-a-service product. Paid plans give immediate access to digital features. There is no physical product and no shipping.

  • Access is granted as soon as payment is confirmed.
  • Plans renew automatically until cancelled.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Cancelling stops all future renewals and charges.
  • Your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period.
  • After it ends, the account moves to the Free plan; your data is retained.

Refunds

Because subscriptions unlock digital features immediately, our refund terms are:

  • 7-day refund on a new paid subscription if the paid features have not been meaningfully used — contact us within 7 days of payment.
  • No refund for the current period once paid features have been accessed or the period is underway.
  • Duplicate or accidental charges are refunded in full.
  • We may offer a pro-rata refund at our discretion in case of a verified, prolonged service outage.

How to request

Email [email protected] from your registered email with your account details and reason. We respond within 3 business days.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds typically reflect within 5–7 business days after approval.
