Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of the Risorra Labs website, free tools, and the StockMitra application. Risorra Labs is a sole proprietorship based at MRD Road, Guwahati, Assam 781020, India. Last updated: 14 June 2026.

1. About these terms

By using our website, tools, or the StockMitra app ("Services"), you agree to these terms. If you use the Services on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

2. The service

StockMitra is a software-as-a-service application for GST billing, inventory, and customer credit (khata) management.

  • Provided on an "as available" basis.
  • Features may change as the product evolves.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate sign-up details and keep your login secure.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account and your team's accounts.
  • You must have consent to store any customer or supplier details you add.

4. Subscriptions & billing

StockMitra offers a Free plan and paid plans (Starter, Pro, Business). See Pricing.

  • New accounts include a 30-day free trial of paid features.
  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually and renew automatically until cancelled.
  • Prices are in INR and exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated.
  • Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; we do not store card details.
  • We may change prices with prior notice; changes apply from the next billing cycle.
  • Cancellation and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Acceptable use

  • Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or resell the Services.
  • Do not use the Services for unlawful purposes or to store unlawful content.
  • Do not attempt to access other users' data.

6. Free tool

The stock-cover calculator provides estimates only and runs in your browser. Verify results before making business decisions. We do not guarantee outcomes from estimates.

7. Data & privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You can export and delete your data from within the app at any time.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The Services are provided without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Risorra Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or unlawful use. On termination, you may export your data before access ends.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Guwahati, Assam have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer-protection law.
